1. Open the stainless steel ball valve completely and rinse it clean;
2. Check the pipe to be connected and remove any remaining impurities in the pipe;
3. When connecting the stainless steel ball valve to the pipe, cross-tighten the flange connection bolts with professional and appropriate torque;
4. During installation, the actuator part of the ball valve cannot be used as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories;
5. The cast steel flange ball valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipe;
6. The pipe near the installation point of the cast steel ball valve cannot be drooped or subjected to external forces. Pipe brackets or supports can be used to eliminate pipeline deviation;
7. Before installing the stainless steel ball valve, the whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal, and it can be installed online only after passing the test.
