It is mainly divided into seven steps:
1. Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end, and rinse and clean the valve when it is fully opened.
2. Before installing the ball valve, perform a whole machine test according to the specified signal, and only install it online if it is qualified.
3. Before connecting the pipeline, remove the residual impurities in the pipeline.
4. During the installation process, the actuator part of the valve cannot be used as a lifting point to prevent damage to the actuator and accessories.
5. The American standard ball valve should be installed in the horizontal/vertical direction of the pipeline.
6. The pipeline near the installation point of the American standard ball valve is prohibited from drooping or bearing external force.
7. After connecting the pipeline, tighten the flange connection bolts with the specified torque difference.
