How Many Ways Are There To Adjust Stainless Steel Gate Valves In Hydropower Stations?
Stainless Gate Valve How many adjustment methods are there in hydropower stations? For this question, the editor has sorted out a few points for you.
1. First, manually adjust the gate valve to the middle stroke position.
2. Connect the three-phase power supply from the large grid system side to the valve control box.
3. Manually press the open or close valve button on the control box device for a short time to observe whether the gate valve is opened and closed in a normal sequence. If the gate opening button is pressed, but the valve moves in the closing direction, the wiring of the valve control box relay is not in the right phase sequence with the system three-phase power supply. Swap the three-phase power line connected to the relay in the control box and adjust it to the normal phase sequence and try again.
4. After the sequence of the valve opening and closing buttons is correct, check whether the stroke position of the valve is correct, open the end cover of the valve electric device on the main valve, and then press the valve opening button on the electric valve control box. Pay close attention to the running position of the stroke mechanism in the valve electric device, and try to press the "open" stroke switch with a small screwdriver. At this time, the main valve should stop opening. In the same way, press the valve closing button and use a screwdriver to press the "closed" stroke switch, and the gate valve should stop closing.
5. Press the valve opening button on the valve control box and closely observe the valve opening stroke on the valve electric control device. When you get close to the open stroke switch, you should be prepared to see if the open stroke switch is operating correctly and stop opening the gate valve. If the stroke switch does not operate, you should manually press the stop button on the control box immediately, or press the valve closing button to avoid damaging the gate valve when the valve opening stroke reaches the limit position.
6. In the same way, press the valve closing button on the control box to check whether the "closed" stroke switch is operating correctly. If both the open and close valves operate normally, it means that the switch control of the entire valve is normal, and the valve can be officially switched on and off.
