Cleaning process of ANSI ball valve:

1. Safe operation

Before cleaning, operators should wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses, protective gloves, work clothes, etc.); ANSI ball valve should be in a closed state and disconnected from the relevant power supply or medium supply; pay attention to personal safety during operation to avoid accidents.

2. Disassembly of ball valve

Before disassembling the ANSI ball valve, read the user manual or relevant technical information, and understand the structure and assembly method of the ANSI ball valve, and then start disassembly:

① Open Ball Valve, empty the medium, and ensure that it is in a closed state.

② Use tools to unscrew the joint nut of the ANSI ball valve and loosen the bolts connecting the ball valve.

③ Disconnect the ball valve from the pipeline and place it on a clean workbench.

3. Cleaning ball valve

There are many ways to clean ball valves:

① Mechanical cleaning: Use a wire brush or scraper.

② Water flushing: Rinse the inside and outside of the ball valve with water.

③ Chemical cleaning: Choose a suitable solvent or cleaning agent for cleaning.

④Ultrasonic cleaning: Put the ball valve into an ultrasonic cleaner with cleaning liquid and clean it with ultrasonic vibration.

Finally, after checking the American standard ball valve, reassemble it.
