The straight-stroke control valve core is vertical throttling, and the medium flows in and out horizontally. The flow channel in the valve cavity must turn and turn, making the valve flow path complicated. Therefore, there are more dead zones, which lead to the precipitation of the medium, and blockage will form in the long run; while the throttling direction of the angle-stroke valve is horizontal, and the medium flows in and out horizontally, which can wash away the medium, and its flow path is simple, and there is less space for medium precipitation, so its anti-blocking performance is good.
3. Why is it easy for the double-seat valve to oscillate when working with a small opening?
For a single core, the valve stability is good when the medium is flow-open type, and the valve stability is good when the medium is flow-closed type. The double-seat valve has two valve cores, the lower valve core is in flow-closed state, and the upper valve core is in flow-open state. Therefore, when working with a small opening, the valve core of the flow-closed type is prone to cause valve vibration.
