1. Cleaning process:

(1) According to the processing requirements, some parts of stainless steel valves need to be polished, and there should be no processing burrs on the surface;

(2) All parts are degreased;

(3) After degreasing, pickling and passivation are carried out (the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus);

(4) After pickling and passivation, rinse with pure water, and there should be no residual chemicals;

(5) Wipe each part with non-woven cloth, and no lint should remain on the surface of the parts, or blow dry with clean nitrogen;

(6) Use non-woven cloth or precision filter paper dipped in analytical pure alcohol to wipe each part until there is no dirt.

2. Equipment requires that the cleaned parts must be sealed and stored for equipment. The requirements for the equipment process are as follows:

(1) The equipment workshop must ensure cleanliness, or establish a temporary clean area (for example, using newly purchased colored strips or plastic film, etc.) to prevent dust from entering during the equipment process.

(2) Equipment workers must wear clean cotton work clothes, cotton hats, hair must not be exposed, clean shoes, and plastic gloves (degreased).

(3) Equipment tools must be degreased and cleaned before the equipment to ensure cleanliness.

3. Other requirements

(1) The stainless steel valves completed by the equipment must be purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute.

(2) The airtightness test must be carried out with pure nitrogen.

(3) After the airtightness test is passed, it is packaged and sealed with a clean polyethylene cap. The polyethylene cap is soaked in an organic solvent and scrubbed clean before use.

(4) Then it is sealed with a vacuum bag.

(5) Then it is packed.
