Ball Valve is a ball valve with a spherical closing part. It is a valve that uses the ball to rotate around the center line of the valve body to achieve opening and closing. So before operating the American standard ball valve, you should pay attention to the following points:
1. Before operating the ball valve, you must first confirm that the pipeline and valve have been flushed.
2. The operation of the valve is completed by the rotation of the valve stem according to the input signal of the actuator: when it rotates 1/4 circle in the forward direction, that is, 90 degrees, the valve is closed; when it rotates 1/4 circle in the reverse direction, the valve is open.
3. When the direction indicator arrow of the actuator is parallel to the pipeline, the valve is in the open state; when the indicator arrow is perpendicular to the pipeline, the valve is in the closed state.
